DreamFi Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) complies with the personal information protection regulations under relevant laws such as 『Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection』 (hereinafter referred to as “Information and Communications Network Act”) and 『Personal Information Protection Act』.

In addition, all personal information collected is used only within the scope of the notified purpose, and personal information is collected and used according to the type of service provided by the company as follows.

② The company may collect personal information in the following ways, and when collecting personally identifiable personal information, consent is obtained from the user. Article 6 (Personal information destruction procedure and method)
① Destruction procedure and deadline: In principle, personal information of users is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, if it is necessary to keep it according to other laws specified in 『Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information』, it is transferred to a separate DB and stored safely for a certain period of time in compliance with internal regulations and related laws and then destroyed without delay. At this time, the personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose except in cases required by law.
② Destruction method
1) Information in the form of electronic files is completely deleted using a technical method that cannot be recovered or reproduced.
2) Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed by incineration.

Article 7 (Matters Regarding Protection of Personal Information)
In processing users' personal information, the company complies with relevant laws and regulations that information and communication service providers must comply with, such as the 『Information and Communications Network Act』 and the 『Personal Information Protection Act,』 in order to ensure safety so that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, falsified or damaged.
